SECTION 15 - REFUND POLICY FOR SOLD ITEM

Digital Products - We do not issue refunds for digital products, once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. 

Goods - All items are non-returnable / non-refundable, once sold, unless it is a damaged (except intentionally damaged) item. All item(s) returned must be in their original shipping condition with its packaging and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse any return and refund request. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
